Todd Duffy

Dr. Duffy graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. After completing a one year internship at Veterinary Institute of Trauma, Emergency and Critical Care (VITECC), he practiced emergency medicine in a referral center in Indianapolis for two years prior to pursuing a residency in emergency and critical care at the Animal Emergency Center in Milwaukee. He completed his residency in 2003 and passed the Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Board Exam in 2004. Dr. Duffy practiced in a large, emergency and multi-specialty referral hospital in the Chicago area before making the move to Madison to join the Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Care team. Dr. Duffy has special interests in pain management, fluid therapy, and advanced nutritional support for the critically ill, as well as managing anesthesia for critical patients.
