Katie Diehl
DVM, MS, DACVO
Dr. Diehl completed a dual degree program and received her DVM in 2000 and an MS in Veterinary Biosciences in 1999 from The Ohio State University. She then completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Georgia in 2001, followed by a residency in comparative ophthalmology and combined fellowship in cellular biology at the University of Wisconsin in 2005. Since then, she has been an assistant clinical professor of comparative ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, Katie and her husband Jeff keep very busy with their three Labradors and five cats. In addition, they are avid cyclists and recreational triathletes, having completed three Madison, WI Ironman triathlons in 2003, 2004 and 2006 and one in Louisville, KY in 2007.
