Ms. Cotton is the Veterinary Specialty Options customer care specialist and referral coordinator. You may recognize her bright smile from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital where she had worked for many years prior to joining the Veterinary Specialty Options team. Ms. Cotton's extensive experience in referral coordination makes the difficult and often urgent referral process easy and accommodating.
