I am currently a second year veterinary student at Madison’s SVM. My focus is in small animal medicine, with special interests in emergency medicine, orthopedics and shelter medicine. I recently became treasurer for SCAVMA and Companion Animal Club reflecting my original (and insane) career goal of becoming an accountant. Before coming to Madison I attended UW-Whitewater and before that I lived in New Holstein, WI, my home town. When not studying till my eyes cross I enjoy reading, camping and playing volleyball. I also enjoy playing with my roommate’s cats, Philis and Delores, and my toy poodle, Sophie, at home.
