Dee Schramm
Nurse Assistant
Dee joined the VSEC Critical Care team in January, 2008. He obtained his BS in Animal and Veterinary Science and MS in Reproductive Physiology from West Virginia University and his AA in radiography from MATC-Madison. His research career included reproductive endocrine studies in cattle, sheep, lions and bears at Washington State University and embryology and cloning studies in nonhuman primates at the Wisconsin National Primate Research Center. Away from veterinary work, Dee spends time in his taxidermy studio and managing a Peruvian alpaca clothing and silver jewelry business. He also loves to spend time in the great outdoors with his wife and their cocker spaniel, Gypsy.
